Lunges Forever (Time)

1 Round

400 Meters

6 Lunges total, stop and do 6 Push Press, repeat until 400 Meters is finished

RX 50/40

RX + 60/50

DB must be done in front rack position

Barbell can be front or back rack
If weather does not permit to go outside, it is marked inside

20 total or 10 down and back = 400 M ish 🙂

Also if done inside use DBs

DB weight

RX 2 DBS at 25 for Men

RX 2 DBS at 20 for Women

RX + 2 DBS at 30 for Men

RX + 2 DBS a5 25 for Women

Lunges for 1/2 Ever (Time)

200 Meter
If weather does not permit to go outside, it is marked inside
