6 Lunges total, stop and do 6 Push Press, repeat until 400 Meters is finished
RX 50/40
RX + 60/50
DB must be done in front rack position
Barbell can be front or back rack

20 total or 10 down and back = 400 M ish 🙂

RX 2 DBS at 20 for Women
RX + 2 DBS at 30 for Men
RX + 2 DBS a5 25 for Women

200 Meter
