Men: 276 reps
Women: 264 reps
If the weight or rep scheme is too high then lower it and be consistent. For example is the rowing calories is too much lower and keep than number the entire workout.
This EMOM is comprised of movements we may see during the CrossFit Games Open (each Friday for the next four weeks), we can fine tune our mechanics of these motions at measured intensity.
