20 WB 20/14

20 KBS 1.5/1 pood

20 Sit ups

20 jumping lunges

20 man makers 15/10 lbs

20 dips (anywhere)

20 air squats

*At min 10 & 20, both partners must take off on a 400 m run
Partner 1 and partner 2 must switch after each exercise and cannot split up an exercise. Partner 1 must do all WB, then partner 2 must do all KBS. 1 partner working at a time.
