Ok Guys we are deep in The Open and everyone is doing great!. As the movements/WODs continue to unfold we get a better idea of whats up next. Keep up the hard work and remember to stay recovered!! If you are feeling beat up, take off!!
If you’re thinking this week looks similar to lasts, you’re right. This is on purpose and will continue to progress for the next three weeks. We will start a fresh new and completely different program immediately after the open.

2Min Toes to bar
Just as last week we will start the clock and keep it running. The first minute you will do AMRAP of Box Jumps, immediately following that you will have a 2min AMRAP of Toes to bar, so on and so forth.
To be clear, at the end of this WOD you will have worked out for 10min straight with no rest.
