Worked on my DL form with Jennifer and Geordan, tried for a PR.

Did a 500M row 1:40.
Nice time on the row!
18 minutes even.
DLs took about 10:30
Run took about 7:00
with about 30s rest between the two.
Did you bang out the DL’s non-stop?
No sir. Did 20, then 15, then 10s pretty much the rest of the way.
#150 DLs x 100 took me 10:14
My back was not feeling great towards the end.
14:49 total time with rowing instead of running
DL’s took 6:19–used a pull-up grip with my thumbs over the bar to train my grip strength
Rowing took 7:57. Rest was transition time.
My legs were burning unbelievably after that!

Wow, thanks for the encouragement. It’s more fun getting my butt kicked by people half my age. Before I go up against my own, I’ve got to work on (learn) the O-lifts, HSPUs and overhead strength, kipping pullups and I’d like to have a muscle up in my pocket.
We’ll talk about it.

DL’s were sets of 10 ’till 40 then sets of 5. Run was cold. Did 2 800′s, forgot to bring a hat.
Was originally thinking I was gonna make up Cindy, but was intrigued by this wod. Lower back is feeling it now.

100 DL @ #150lb took 5:50. 50 second rest then 6:58 mile. Total time was 13:38. Only person at my gym dropping bar between sets. Getting stares, but I did get to tell one guy who works out hard about CF, and he wants to do it. Good effect of sweating like a pig and making a bunch of noise!

1 mile = 12: 11
the combined time is 17:59, plus 3.5 minutes to catch my breath and put on cold weather gear for the run. Run was dead slow, but I didn’t walk any of it. That’s a big improvement.
