Today is a recovery/aerobic effort. We want you to choose the exercise you most dread and hit it at 65% effort for 30 min. This mean you should be at a steady pace the entire time. There is no measure/score on this ON PURPOSE. Simply try to maintain whatever pace you start with the entire time.

YOUR CHOICE OF:
Run/Row/Bike @65%
for 30min.

Side Planks (2 Rounds for time)

Hold a Side plank for as many seconds as possible rest 1 minute then do the other side. (Only one attempt on each side)
Rest exactly one minute after the metcon before performing the side planks

Cool down
