Back Squat (3×8 Across – Add weight from last time)

Metcon

Bench HSPU intervals (3) (4 Rounds for reps)

This is to be completed the same as the last two times only this time we will only be doing 3 reps of bench each round.
3 reps Bench press rest 20sec. 2min. AMRAP HSPU rest 3min. x4

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 min. after completion of the last round of HSPU you will perform a single 2min AMRAP of T2B
