This program is meant for all athletes looking to improve their strength, speed, and agility. In order to become faster, you must become stronger. This program will develop each athlete’s overall ability and help them become more efficient in Olympic-lifting movements that directly correlate to their specific sport, as well as increasing their speed and agility ceiling. The other focus will be on each individual athlete’s weaknesses and helping to improve them. Athletes train year round and have summer practices, so the times of the program are flexible for the athletes to accommodate their schedule.
Griffin Roelle (ex-football player) will be training the athletes at a competitive level. He has played multiple sports competitively though the years and has excelled at football and lacrosse. He was always one of the smallest kids to play sports, but his work ethic and dedication led him to defy others expectations. He played football at Lassiter High School and was the strongest athlete in school history. He broke all receiving records there and was awarded Receiver of the Year Cobb County in 2009. He was the number one receiver in Georgia in 2009 when he received the first team, all-state honors. He also was awarded lacrosse honors as well. He played football and lacrosse at Valdosta State University where he and his team won the National Championship in 2012. He transferred the year after to LaGrange College where he broke many school records there. Over his college career he accrued All-Conference, Academic and All American honors. He had 5 NFL teams interested in him. His pro day numbers were off the charts and would have been top five in the NFL combine. He is now a CrossFit athlete training to win The Crossfit Games. He has a NASM certification and a CF-L1. He is also working on getting his CSCS certification.
As of now the program will start June 1st for testing to see where the athletes are and will end August 5th. The class times may vary depending upon athletes request, but for now the class is scheduled for 5 – 6:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. In order for the athletes to optimally increase their strength and speed they need to train 4 times a week. They will increase strength if they don’t attend all sessions but they cannot expect to become the best they can if they do not put the time in necessary to achieve their goals.
Pricing for 1 session: $50 for a 1.5 hour session
Pricing for 16 session: $40 per 1.5 hour session
Pricing for 32 session: $35 per 1.5 hour session
