Open Workout 13.2 is:

10 minute AMRAP of:
5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch

      Just make sure you log what weights, reps, movements, etc. was used as your scale.

    All about the box jumps. Started jumping, quickly moved to steps. Would like to get a 2nd shot at this, but I don’t think my schedule will allow. Thanks to Andy for the tips & encouragement.

    149 63#, I really screwed up on the first 2 rds! I really should have warmed up with some S2O! I failed the first 6 or so tries. But by rd 3, got it all together and it went smoothly from there! I really wanted to get 5, and was trying to catch Melody!
