Open Workout 13.2 is:
10 minute AMRAP of:
5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch

149 63#, I really screwed up on the first 2 rds! I really should have warmed up with some S2O! I failed the first 6 or so tries. But by rd 3, got it all together and it went smoothly from there! I really wanted to get 5, and was trying to catch Melody!
