With a continuously running clock, on the first minute you will perform one 10m sprint, on the second minute you will perform two 10m sprints, etc.
You will continue to add sprints every minute until you can no longer complete the required amount within the minute. Your score will be your last completed round and your number of sprints completed in your failed round.
