Back Squat (3×8. Pick a medium load and stay there.)
Death by Squat Snatch (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
-If you are unable to perform a Squat snatch, you may scale by power snatching the bar once and perform OHS the required number of that round.
-Be sure you score the number of rounds you COMPLETED and the reps you completed in your failed round.
With a continuously running clock, on the first minute you will perform one Squat Snatch. On the second minute you will perform two Squat Snatches etc. until you can no longer perform the required work inside that minute.
