If you can not accomplish at least 10 doubleunders in a row, you will do a 10min AMRAP of doubleunders. Post score in notes.
With a running clock you will perform 5 unbroken doubles unders followed by 10 unbroken then 15, etc. up to 50 then back down to 5 again. If you are not able to complete the pyramid in the 10 min time cap, your score will be 10min plus one second for every rep you were not able to accomplish. For instance if you make it all the way up and back down minus the 15,10, and 5 rounds your time would be 10:30.
