REMEMBER!!! Tonight is our Annual Halloween Party!! We will be canceling all the afternoon classes at Hwy 92. to set up and canceling our 5:30 and 6:30pm classes at TL as well.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes perform:
Min 1 – Goblet Squat x 8-10
Min 2 – Box Jump/Step Down x 8-10
Min 3 – HSPU x 5 OR Wall Walk x 2
Min 4 – Burpees x 8-10 (then you will start over making 3 total rounds in the 12mins
Count each minute as a round. If you are unable to complete a minute do not count that round.
