Muscle Ups
Worked on trying to make DUs more efficient by jumping slower and higher rather than piking out. It messed up my rhythm but started to get the hang of it. Just need to practice more that way with less reps rather than trying to stay in the less efficient way with more reps. Just can’t progress more with my DUs until then.
Butterfly pullups
Worked some on DU…can’t get rid of the single in between
Box jumps – nailed it!
DU & pull ups. Trying to move to a different band at least.
