5 Bench AMRAP HSPU x4 (AMRAP – Reps)

Perform this the same as last week. We are adding one extra round(more volume). Compare total number of reps (Date 9/24/13)
5 Bench Press rest 20sec
2min AMRAP HSPU rest 3min

Complete the above work a total of 4 times (4rounds)

Post HSPU reps in score and Bench weight in notes.

Keep a continuously running clock and rest exactly 1 min between each round. (if you get done with a round on say 3:46, you will rest 1 minute and start your next round on 4:46) Your score is your total elapsed time including your rest.
