Weighted Pullups 4×2 Go as heavy as possible. Add weight each set.
After a warmup, you will have 10 minutes to go as heavy as possible in the following complex:
Deadlift x1, Squat clean x1, Front Squat x1, Pushpress x1, Split Jerk x1
