Guys, we are over half way done with the 60 day challenge. How are you doing? Take this time to check in with yourself.
Did testing go well last week?
If so, GOOD!!
If not, think as to the possible reasons:
Have you cut your food/fuel back too much for the challenge? Is your sleep suffering? Has work been crazy? Have you had lots of family stuff that’s stopping your consistency? The next 30 days try to take steps to improve these things and see if it impacts your performance.

Coach’s Choice (No Measure)

Back Squat (4 sets of 8-10reps)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, partners will alternate movements to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Alt. Front Racked Reverse Lunges x 10
KBS x 15 (53/35)
-The first athlete MUST complete all of the lunges then the second athlete will complete the run, then the first athlete will complete the KBS and then the second athlete will complete the lunges, etc.
You CAN NOT partition the reps/movements however you like
