Warm-up:

Run 400m – Burgener Warm-up [wmv][mov]
Shoulder Pass Throughs with PVC – Perform at least 20 pass throughs bringing your hands closer together every 4 reps.

20 sit ups, 20 push ups, 20 squats, 20 of your nemesis

Strength:

20 minutes

Hang power snatch 3-3-3 reps

WOD:

3 Rounds

20 burpee box jumps rest 2 minute – Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box

Do 20 burpee box jumps as fast as possible, then rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Post loads to comments and time for each round to comments.

Go as fast as you possible can for each round.  Shoot for no more that 2 minutes per round.
