With the addition of skills in to our class structure, the need for a lengthy technical “on the Ramp” class has been minimized.
on October 1st anyone in the Ramp program will now go to regular classes.
From today on, anyone else wanting to try out crossfit will get our 1.5 hour intro class.Â It will occur on the 1st and 3rd full weeks of each month on Tuesday 9am and Wed 8:00pm.Â It will be a free class and be a bit more structured (with history and goal setting and nutrition talks) than before AND be in a class setting with other folks looking to start crossfit.
