You have already taken some time to read what we are about. Our program can produce remarkable results and is scalable to suit all fitness levels. Maybe you are just not sure you believe the hype, or not sure you will “fit in” once you get to the gym. That is perfectly understandable, and you are not the only one who has felt that way. It is really easy to get started. No matter your fitness level or background, all that is absolutely necessary to start training is an open mind.
“New Member Classes” are CrossFit with interpretation. Like other areas of life, CrossFit comes with a unique language that new members may not know. During new member classes our coaches set aside extra time to accommodate the additional explanations and one on one instruction. This is a suggested starting place for all inexperienced CrossFitters – regardless of fitness level or athletic background.
Think of CrossFit like any other sport. We want to coach you to success. These classes are focused on having the coach actively modify and scale each workout to fit the new and nervous. This will make the experience more empowering.
By no means is our new member classes a watered down version of CrossFit. These classes are designed to provide you instruction on the foundational CrossFit movements including proper technique and CrossFit philosophies, just like any of our other classes.
A little worried about your fitness level? Don’t be. One of the beautiful things about CrossFit is its infinite scalability. You will be taught how to properly scale our workouts to fit within your personal level.
Also come to as many new member classes as you like. If your schedule doesn’t allow for this, then move to one of our many other classes to suit your needs!
