On the RAMP


We have implemented a program called “on the Ramp” for all new folks.  They must complete a 6 class program that will cover the basics.  After this they can join in the regular WOD’s.

If you are going to bring someone to the gym, then please let them know we have something special just for them.  This program will make it easier for new folks to get acclimated with CrossFit in general and learn the 9 fundamental movements.

A coach or approved soon to be coach must/will be on hand for anyone coming to class for ‘on the ramp’.
