1-1-1 Overhead Squats
Same as the past two Mondays. Warm up well then take three shots at lifting as much weight as possible. If your overhead squat is not ready to be loaded up yet, the coach may have you do front squats instead. Don’t misinterpret this for anything other than another chance to improve as an athlete.
