Push Press (3RM )
RX+ Does PRESS clusters (not push press) 5.5.5×5 Rest 20seconds between clusters, and 3min between sets.
To clarify, RX+ will do 5 presses, repack, rest 20 sec, then do 5 more, re rack, rest 20sec, do 5 more, then rest 3min. That is considered one set.
This is a lot of volume and the weight will have to be pretty light to accomplish this. You may move up and down as needed between sets but record all weights.
