You will perform one pull-up, drop off the bar, then perform 2 unbroken, drop off the bar and then perform 3 unbroken. Â This will count as one completed round. Always start back at one when a round is completed. (In other words there are five total reps in each round). You must perform the required number in the ladder unbroken to go on to the next round.
