PR by a long shot. Haven’t done Push Press in awhile, and my last recorded 1 rep PR was 145#. Now I am at 170# for 2 reps. Pretty cool to see the progress.

Then I got 135# but Tim said I slightly bent my knees at the top of the second lift and he No Rep-ed me
