Now that you have listed out some goals for 2011, take the time to create quarterly miles stones.
These should be items that you need to/should achieve to help you progress to your final goal(s).
If you have a goal to do a Muscle Up then a Quarterly goal might be do 15 pull ups and 5 dips without stopping.Â Or Practice bar muscle ups each time I come in to the gym.Â etc.
If your goal is to increase your Press by 50# then your quarterly goal might be to do 20 x x#’s of presses each day or 20 HSPU’s each day etc.
