This one was a mental battle!
12:21. Did bench dips, 15lbs for DB Cleans, 8lbs instead of HSPU. Stepped the box- I hate that stupid thing! Finished with the ugliest pushups of my life. Rome was not built in a day…

HSPUs were definitly the most challenging part and slowed me down. Could only do one or two at a time towards the end.

DB cleans with 20# (should have gone heavier)

Dips between two boxes
40# seated press (too light)

This one hit on a few of my weaknesses.
Way to push through those dips!
No clue what my time was… 13:something?
I did not realize until after my first set of cleans that I was using one 35# DB and one 40# DB… doh! I KNEW something did not feel right! So I had to take time to switch the DB out. Bummer…

35# DB (well, and 40#) cleans
25# DB seated press
knee push ups

Nice job Jim! I felt I put up a pretty strong time for RX, but you blew my time away by 2:40…and with 15 lb heavier DBs!
Based on my records, it looks like we are tied 5-5 after 10 WODs where we did virtually the same movements/weight. On average out of 10 WODs we are only 1:15 time difference.
Sucked. Was gassed after the buy-in.

10:04 30#, did seated press for hspu and dips on the box for ring dips. 30# was too light for db clean but too heavy for seated press.
