Run HSPU interval (3 Rounds for reps)

You will have 3 minutes to run 400m and perform as many HSPU as possible in the remaining time. You will then rest 2min and repeat this for a total of 3 times
With a 3min running clock: Run 400m AMRAP HSPU rest 2min x3
