Maybe you don’t know Shannon Osborne because he’s quiet, but this amazing guy lost 100 pounds. Awesome. I asked him what his secret was and he said “I was willing to weigh every piece of food I put in my mouth”. That’s commitment. And even after he hit his goal weight he still does it -everything he eats – because he’s wise enough to know his weaknesses and doesn’t want to gain it back. He said he will do this the rest of his life. Good for you, Shannon! I know many of you have similar stories. I’d love to hear them! I’m looking for inspiration because I’m struggling so dang hard to lose 10 pounds and stop eating like an idiot. Don’t need to look very hard when I work out with so many dedicated people. I’d love a before/after pic if you can dig one up.
