My name is Rachael Caccamo and I am originally from Belmont Massachusetts. I spent most of my life residing in South Florida so that’s home too! I moved to Canton, Georgia in 2009. I was very athletic in school and played many sports such as volleyball, basketball, field hockey, softball and track. After school I did not stay very consistent and was always going back and forth to all kinds of fitness programs and diets.
In June of 2016 I had starting training again at a local gym and it was just what I needed to ignite that spark for my love of fitness. I decided I wanted to help others on their fitness journey and earned my NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) certificate in August of 2017.
After training consistently for a year I had hit a plateau and knew I needed something more. I came across CrossFit in May of 2017 and never looked back. I fell in love with it and in June of 2018 received my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate.
My favorite thing about coaching is I love seeing people do things that they thought were not possible. And I get to be a part of that and that is awesome!
