5 Squat Clean Thrusters @135/95 EMOM 5min.
When scaling, use what ever weight you used for last weeks Squat cleans thrusters EMOM.

Rest exactly 1 min after your last EMOM

COUNT EACH SET OF 5 AS ONE REP
