Partner carry is 50m then turn around. You can’t switch partners until you reach the 50m mark. The burpees will be alternating, so you will switch off every rep. The wall balls will be passed off the wall to your partner (total of 25 each person). Split up double under however you want, only one working at a time for this movement. The KBS, v-ups, and box jumps are synchronized.
