The basic movements and numbers are below. There will be some minor changes made to make the logistics work. Teams of four. Full explanation at 9:45am. Complete in any order.
100 Pull Ups (1 person working at a time)
100 Box Jumps, 2 boxes per team (1 person jumping on a box at one time)
135 Sit Ups (Pass object back and forth)
180 Toes 2 Bar
200 95lb Dead Lifts, 2 bars per team (one person per bar at a time)
200 Push Ups (1 person working at a time)
300 Partner Therapy Squats
4 400m runs w/sandbag (35/20) All team members working at once
Item carry, only 2 people moving at once (briefed in the morning)
