Seven Minutes in Heaven (Twice) (AMRAP – Reps)

Two person team cycles through following seven movements EMOM:
1. Sit ups
2. Kettle bell swings
3. Hang power cleans 45/65
4. Wall balls 20/12
5. Rowing for calories
6. Box dips
7. Dead lifts 95/65
At the end of the 7-minute cycle, team rests for one minute and repeats the cycle. Both team members may work at the same time. Add up score from all rounds to get team score.
