3rd Annual Turkey Gone Bad â€“ Thanksgiving Morning
TURKEY GONE BAD â€¦ starts at 10:00am
Please arrive before 10am
TWO rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20# 10ft men/ 12# 8ft ladies (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75# men/ 45# ladies(Reps)Â (brand new folks will sub DL’s)
Box Jump, 20â€³ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75# men/ 45# ladies (Reps)
row or rope (calories/jumps divided by 20)
We will have teams of two guys and two girls (as best as we can
arrange), and you will spend two minutes at each station with two
people working at all times.Â Work to fatigue and switch; switch as
many times in two minutes as you want.
There will be aÂ â€œTGB courseâ€ and every 2min we will put another group on the course.Â The entire course will take 22min with 2 of those minutes being a REST after the first round.Â We will put 1 team on the course every 2 minutes.Â It is up to you to keep score and track of movements.
Everyone is invited.Â Bring anyone you want.Â Since you will be on a
team, you wont have to be awesomely fit.Â If you donâ€™t have a team,
weâ€™ll put you on one when you get here.
