Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 minutes @ 80% (consistent effort) of:

Run 200m OR Jumprope (singles) for 60 sec

HR Push Ups x 10

Box Jump Over x 5 (24″/20″)

Rest/Walk 5 minutes then:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

Power Clean & Jerk x 3

Burpee over the bar x 3

Power Clean & Jerk x 6

Burpee over the bar x 6

–keep adding 3 reps to each movement every round and get as far as you can in the 6 minutes.
50m=1rep

15 single unders=1rep

Super Friend Stretching

Sit on a lacrosse ball and Laying leg crossover stretch.
