You will complete 1 strict pull-up, drop, then do 2 strict pull-ups, then drop then do 3 strict pull-ups. This will be considered 1 round. You must do the reps unbroken for them to count.
If you do not have strict pull-ups use ring rows or a band. Make sure you mention your scale in notes.
