Angie  100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats

Try a variation with your coach today, run the 800M route six times, then sprint the 100M route.  Tabata your running effort at 1 min/30 sec intervals where you run very hard for 1 min, then coast (jog or walk) for 30 seconds.  Give everything you have for the last 100M.

Come to Class Prepared for whatever the weather might do (coat, hat, gloves, parka…).
