To perform an abmat burpee, start standing on one side of the mat and drop to the gound to a push-up position.Â Stand back up and jump over the mat sideways.Â Then drop to the ground to a push-up position.Â Stand back up and return to the side of the mat you started on.Â That’s 2 repetitons.
