Warm-up:

Run 400m, Fanny Wackers, Frankensteins, over the fence, under the fence, foward arm circles, backward arm circles

Skill: Row Technique

WOD:

3 Rounds for time:

Row 500m

25 abmat burpee

To perform an abmat burpee, start standing on one side of the mat and drop to the gound to a push-up position.  Stand back up and jump over the mat sideways.  Then drop to the ground to a push-up position.  Stand back up and return to the side of the mat you started on.  That’s 2 repetitons.
