Today we test not only the endurance of our hip extension (If you haven’t learned the importance of developing and keeping hip strength and endurance for life yet CHECK HERE), but our grip and mind. Much like the box jump Kettlebells are a movement that most of us can continue to perform long after we mentally give up. We all know that it is much easier to keep going rather than to set it down and start again because of momentum yet we still stop long before failure.

If someone were to ask you how long you can run without stopping you would most likely be able to tell them. The same goes for how many pushups, pull-ups, or sit-ups you can do without stopping. Why is it then that we have no clue of a number when asked the same of the Kettlebell Swing, a movement that works the joint most important for longevity and quality of life?

Today we have a chance to change that. Come in mentally ready to go beyond that barrier you never cross.

-We not only want to know your total score but how many you do unbroken.

-We are just swinging to eye level.

-Can anyone go the whole 5 minutes?
