This workout runs like Fight Gone Bad.Â Each exercise for one minute, then the athlete moves to the next one in the rotation.Â This is done for a total of 3 rounds.Â There is no resting between stations.Â After each round, you’ll be given 1 minute of rest.
Your score is tallied by the number of reps completed in each exercise.
- Tire flips – keep it in the bounds.
- Overhead, weighted lunges – 45#( m), 25# (w)
- Double unders (sub singles x 3)
The tire flips will get you dirty, so dress accordingly.
