Warm-Up

Samson Stretch, Hamstring Stretch, 10 Box Jumps, 20 Squats, 10 High Jumps (prepare for jumping up the rope)

Skills

5 mins: Rope climb (try to get yourself at least a few feet up the rope).  If you can climb fine, try to climb up without using your legs, or with your legs in an L, or over your head.

WOD

Three rounds for time of:
15 ft Rope Climb, 5 ascents
21 Ring dips
50 Squats

Advanced Men Ht. 7; notice that the four in the foreground are in a position that allows for a kip (hands close to the wall, backs along the wall), whereas Garry Martin from Kansas City in the furthest position is far from the wall, with really no hope of a kip from that position.
