With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Updates/Notes….

– Andy’s 9:30am class will start at 9:05am from here on out.

Matt will be ending his coaching term with us this month.  He will still be WODing as he can but will begin focusing on his Canton Crossfit Gym, to be opened Jan.  HUGE thanks to Matt for everything!!!  class times will not be effected.

– If  you are interested in being an assisted WOD person, then let us know.  Essentially you will open and close the gym and let athlete’s WOD while you are there WODing.  You can assist by coaching or not, its your choice.  This will help us have more times folks can drop in and will give you a discount on your membership.

– If you are interested in becoming a coach, then let us know.  Besides all the obvious things you get out of coaching you’ll also get membership discouts

– some of our membership options are changing.  If you have questions, email us.  Its a work in progress…

Anna will start an Assisted WOD class on Aug 22nd for Saturdays at 4:30pm
