6:02 RX This was my second RX workout this week! Before now, I think I only did 2 WODs with an rx weight. Don’t know about the time though. DUs come and go with me, but I did get all the TGUs unbroken.

7:01 (45# TGU)…first time doing TGU; form VERY sloppy. Needs work…when is the next GOAT workout??
9:45 35# TGUs Subbed 15 strict false grip ring pull-ups for push-ups. DUs were sporatic at best. (Going to have to work on those every day – the CF open starts March 6.)

I’m almost too embarrassed to post: 13:39 Rx. Everything was just awful. Dropped the KB twice, first WOD doing real push ups (yay!) but they were slooooow, lunges were ok, couldnt string together DUs to save my life, just trying to not die during the row. Better luck next time…
