2 minute AMRAP 15ft. Rope Climb
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
15 Burpees
30 Toes to bar
15 Burpees
***Immediately after your last rep of burpees, you will have 2 minutes to find a 1RM in shoulder to overhead from an empty bar***
- If you can not do rope climbs, scale with 2min AMRAP of strict pull-ups (Bands allowed)
- Scale for Toes 2 Bar are lying Leg raises
- You may use a rack for S2O
- You may Press, Push press, Back jerk, power jerk, split jerk etc.
- You may not load the bar until you are done with the rest of the workout
- You may place the weights you plan to use on the ground by your rack before the WOD
- You will have three scores: Your number of rope climbs, Your time for burpee/T2Bs, and you load for S2O

Shoulder to overhead was tough while sucking air from burpees!
5 rope climbs – 4 in first minute, then the wheels fell off like Rich Fronig at the 2010 games. I realized my feet weren’t really helping me – I think my sweat pants for leg protection were laying over my shoes and giving a slick surface for the rope to slide on. Confirmed that after the WOD.
So as a result of blowing out my arms the burpees/TTB took forever 6:17 155# push jerk.
