Warm-up: Run/Row/Ski 400m, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions
Strength/Skill: Make up a strength WOD or practice Handstands or Handstand walks for 10- 15 minutes
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions
