Warm-up:  Run 400m, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 back extensions, 10 pull-ups

Strength:  Deadlift 5,3,2 – Work up to a heavy set of 5 rest 2 minutes then perform a heavy set of 3, rest 2 minutes then perform a heavy set of 2

WOD:.

Complete three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
Deadlift bodyweight X 15 reps
24” Box jumps X 24″
