Knees to Elbows (K2E): while holding the pull-up bar (some prefer a reverse grip for this), bring your knees up, BEYOND your chest until they are at your elbows and your back is PARALLEL to the floor.  Anything less than this movement should include an asterisk describing your substitution.  Knees to chest is significantly less difficult than the full ROM K2E and should be noted as such until you can attain this movement.  Return to full HIP extension at the bottom of each rep.
