If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips, if they are jumping, then 240 of each.Â Acceptable assisted muscle up subs include from the knees, jumping to a high ring, or leaning back on the heels.Â The assisted subs are 3 for 1, so 90 assisted muscle ups.
If you cannot do this RX’d and you are hoping to do the same as last time, just have someone call out your time as you pass by the previous mark.Â Don’t complain about the sub, the intention is crazy fit, and when it comes to muscle ups, practice is the key.
