Warm-up:  Run 400m, 10 OHS, 10 push-ups, 10 Kb swings, 10 toes to bar

Skill:  5 minutes to work on Handstand or Handstand Walking

WOD: 

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders
